Self Help Center

Restoring Hope for Healing Minds



Self Help Center is a not-for-profit drop-in center providing services to adults diagnosed with mental illness and co-occurring disorders.  The organization provides peer-facilitated support groups, educational seminars, social reintegration programming, computer education, and a food pantry.  Self Help Center is celebrating it's 20th anniversary in 2008.
